FOOTBALL
Lee, a senior linebacker from a highly competitive Division II Football program in, was considered a pro football prospect but needed help improving his sprint speed before his workout with NFL teams.
2 Good Health initiated a specialized and focused sprint training program, emphasizing proper starting and sprint technique. His 40-yard dash speed improved from 4.7 to 4.56 in 8 weeks. As a result of an impressive workout, he was drafted by the San Francisco 49ers and went on to become a Pro-Bowl player.
BODY BUILDING
Vince Heard (below left), a professional natural bodybuilder, won1st place in Open Men's Medium & Master's Men in the SNBF 2008 Spring Bodybuilding Competition, claiming his professional status. TRACK
Chris played both football and track in college. He needed help transitioning from football season to the rigors of the competitive track season.
With a specially designed progressive program of strength training, sprint technique work, and speed work Chris reached championship level by season’s end. He went on to win a State Championship in the 200 & 400 meter dash and received an invitation to compete in the National Championships that year.
Theresa was a college freshman sprinter with immense potential.
She initially had difficulty focusing during training, and would not give her best effort during practice because she believed she had the talent to win without it. Introduced to 2 Good Health by her coach, Theresa entered into a rigorous strength and conditioning training program carefully designed to require 100% effort at all times that emphasized personal accountability for her actions.
Within weeks of beginning her training program she started realizing the many benefits from her consistent and quality participation, she began to buy into our philosophy that “great effort produces great results.” She went on to become a highly successful sprint athlete during her college career, winning numerous state championships in addition to many team and conference accolades.
BASKETBALL
David,a freshman college basketball player from Georgia, eager to jump to the "next level" needed to improve his overall strength and power during the off-season.
During the off-season, he began a challenging sport-specific regimen including weight training and speed and agility drills with special emphasis on improving his core strength and explosiveness for basketball. As a result of his hard work during the off-season, he was able to significantly improve his muscular strength, body composition, explosiveness, and confidence.
Returning to school for pre-season training, he received a “most-improved” accolade from his coach and was physically and mentally well-prepared for the upcoming season.

BODY BUILDING
Ryan wanted to increase his muscle mass so that he could improve his body image. He was introduced to a structured and progressive weight training program that challenged him physically and mentally, requiring him to devote himself to consistent effort, and motivating him to work hard to achieve his goals. As a result, he added 15 pounds of muscle to his frame in less than ten months which prompted him to begin training to compete in an All Natural bodybuilding competition.
